Saving Strays Animal Rescue is a non-profit organisation and works with the local community and volunteers who welcome all of the animals into their homes as a part of our Foster Network.

Saving Strays Animal Rescue has a new policy for Long-Term Foster Placement of Older Animals with Older People. This policy establishes guidelines for placing older rescued animals in long-term foster care with older individuals who can provide a stable, loving home. The initiative benefits both animals and people, offering companionship while ensuring the animals receive the care they need. You can read more about the policy below.

If you own a pet store or are the manager or a retail store and would like to support us is getting donations for all the animals in our care please get in touch.

If you are a UK tax payer, you can make every £1 you give (or have given) worth 25p more, just by telling us. This is because the government’s Gift Aid scheme allows Saving Strays Animal Rescue to reclaim tax on donations – meaning that you can make an even bigger difference at no extra cost to you!

Gift Aid is reclaimed by Saving Strays Animal Rescue from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.
