About

Name: Tobias (Toby / Toby Toes)

Sex: Female

Colour: Black and white
Age: 4 years old
Date of Birth: 3rd March 2022

Breed: Domestic Short Hair

Toby is an incredibly loving cat who enjoys the quieter things in life. He loves finding a cosy corner for a snooze, relaxing on his cat tree and curling up on the sofa with you while you watch TV.

He is completely house trained and has a very cute way of letting you know when he wants to come inside — he knocks on the letterbox!

Personality

Toby is a very affectionate, gentle boy who has never shown any aggression. He loves being stroked and brushed and enjoys spending time with his people.

He's not particularly playful, although he absolutely loves chasing string and will follow it everywhere! He has plenty of toys but tends to completely ignore them. 😁

Toby enjoys being outside but doesn't tend to wander far. He loves the trees and woodland around his home and can often be found sitting in the trees.

He also loves his cat tree, particularly because it's next to a window in the conservatory where it's nice and quiet.

Toby is used to being around other animals and previously lived with his brother until around a year ago. He also spends time at another home while his owner is at work, where there are other animals.

However, given his gentle and quieter nature, we feel Toby would probably be happiest initially in a calm home where he can have plenty of one-to-one attention. A home with one or two people and not too much noise would suit him well.

Health

Toby is fully house trained and has no issues using the home as normal.

He enjoys Felix food, particularly the fish varieties in jelly, as well as Felix dry food and cat treats.

He also enjoys lactose-free milk as an occasional treat.

Toby is generally a quiet, easy-going cat who loves nothing more than being close to his people and having somewhere peaceful and comfortable to relax.

He really is a special boy and a very loving companion.
